About Me:
My name is Dawn Boyd. I teach English IV and AP Research here at Riverdale. This is my 5th year at RHS. I have a B.S. in English from Tennessee State University, a Master's in Education from MTSU, and an EdS from the University of the Cumberlands. I am now working on a Master's in English and plan to pursue my doctorate. I am the Riverdale Honors College Academic Dean and a co-sponsor of the National Honor Society. I have a passion for reading and hope to instill that in some of my students. I also love to travel, see new places, and learn about other cultures. I hope to send my students into the world as prepared as they can be for what awaits them at the end of their senior year.
