Riverdale Choice

Riverdale High School is one of the choice schools for Rutherford County.  We have a designated number of seats available for students who can provide their own form of transportation to our school.  
Riverdale Honors College offers opportunities to specialize in academics with a focus on college and career success. We offer career and technical pathways, dual enrollment classes, fine arts, industry certifications, and STEM opportunities that only a comprehensive high school can offer. 
 
How to Apply:
  1. Log on to the SchoolMint platform.  
    1. Create a family dashboard account.
    2. Add your students, and select Riverdale High School.
      1. Current RCS students: To find the correct student ID # to use for the application, log into your Skyward family account, go to the student info tab, and look for "other ID." This is the correct number to use for your student ID number on the application. If you still have trouble, please contact the choice schools' coordinator, Jeff McCann, at [email protected]
    3. Submit your application.
  2. You will receive an email or text confirmation that your application has been submitted.  
When to Apply:
     
      1. Applications open January 1, 2025.
