Overview
Riverdale High School offers MTSU courses that are taken on campus at Riverdale. All Dual Enrollment courses are taught by MTSU college professors. Rising Juniors and Seniors who meet the academic requirements can sign up.  Upon completion of the course, students can earn college credit for these courses along with a high school equivalency grade. Tuition assistance is provided via grants, the application process for grants is covered during the application process.

Minimum Requirements
3.0 GPA or 22 ACT Composite

ACT Subscore requirements:

English 1010 or 1020-English subscore of 18 or above

Hist 2010 and 2020- English subscore of 18 or above, Reading of 19 or above

Math 1530, 1710, 1730- Math subscore of 19 or above

 

DE Application deadline for the 2022-2023 school year is April 11, 2022.

 

Step 1: All students applying to take Dual Enrollment classes must follow the appropriate checklist listed in the above links.

 

Step 2: All students must turn in the Dual Enrollment Consent Page AND the RCS Dual Enrollment Consent Form to the Counseling office.
