🏆Mahayla Shirley was named a National Finalist and finished 4th in the NATION in the Creed Speaking Leadership Development Event.

According to FFA Advisor, Mrs. Ashley Shaw, “To my knowledge, this is the first CDE/LDE National Finalist that Riverdale has had in at least 15+ years! Furthermore, I was told this was the first time since 2008 that a Tennessee student was named a National Finalist in this contest!”

🏆The Food Science Career Development Event Team was rated as a National Silver level team.

·        Individual placings included:

o   Silver Individuals - Eriana Bernardo Lopez, Emma Medina, Danna Porras Altamirano

o   Bronze Individual - Carlos Pena Ochoa

🌟🌟🌟Our Chapter was rated a 3-Star National Chapter Award which is the highest ranking a chapter can receive at the National level. Only around 25 chapters from the state of Tennessee were sent on to the National level in this award!

⭐We had SIX Riverdale FFA alumni receive the American FFA Degree Award. This award is the highest award an FFA member can receive at the National level and only about 1% of FFA members receive this award.

Congratulations Riverdale FFA on representing Riverdale with pride in Indianapolis!
