Intro

Hello, I am Mrs. Ward.  I have been at Riverdale High School since January of 2003, I have been teaching over twenty years.  I want you to know that I love what I do with a passion, with that being said I feel written print is an important for each child and can access at their own skill set.   One of the requirements of my room is to read twenty minutes daily, I tell the students it can be anything, just read.  In order to get better at gaming or changing a bad habit you must strengthen the muscle you are using.  The brain is a muscle the more you use it the better you will be.  It also helps if reciting words to pull them across the mid line and help it get in both sides of the brain.
