About Me

My name is Coach Shedd. I am starting my 2nd year here at Riverdale, but this is the beginning of my 16th year teaching. I have coached football, XC, track and field, and basketball, boys and girls. I was also blessed to have the opportunity to win a state basketball title in Alabama with Pickens Co. High School in 2012. I am very excited to be teaching here at Riverdale this year and to be working with Coach Voss and the boys basketball team. I am married to my wonderful wife, Ami, we have 3 kids; Elizabeth 16, Sarah 13, and Cole 12, and we live in Manchester. I love to watch the Atlanta Braves, any college sports, but especially college football and the Alabama Crimson Tide... ROLL TIDE ROLL!
