2023 - 2024 Tryout Information
FOR THOSE WHO ATTENDED THE MANDATORY MEETING ONLY: If you are interested in trying out for the Warriorettes 2023 - 2024 team and would like to receive updated information, please join the REMIND group. The Instructions are provided below.

REQUIRED Items to Be Uploaded:
1.Candidate Headshot in Color
2. Most recent report card (3rd quarter)
3. Current Utility Bill (Electric or Water)
4. Proof of Residence/Zone Exemption (see instructions above)
5. Current Physical Form (within the last calendar year)
Once you have read and agree to accept the 2023 - 2024 RHS Warriorettes Dance Team Policies and Procedures and are ready to upload ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, please click the Candidate Registration Link. Please only complete the registration form ONCE. If you have any questions regarding the registration form, please contact Ms. Polk via email at [email protected] or by phone at (615) 890-6450 ext 23612.
PLEASE NOTE: The Candidate Registration Form can only be accessed when the student is logged into their personal Office365 school email account. Both the information and uploaded files are sent directly to Ms. Polk ONLY so there is no chance of anyone else accessing the information.
