Welcome S-Z Warriors!

Hello!

 

My name is Kaylah Williams and this is my first year as a school counselor! I received my undergraduate degree in Family & Child Studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (Go Mocs!) in 2020 and my graduate degree in School Counseling from Capella University in 2023! I am very excited to begin my school counseling career here at Riverdale High School and to meet everyone. 

 

Some facts about me is that I was born in Texas (Hook 'em Horns!), love to travel, and played many sports growing up. These sports included bowling and soccer but my favorites are softball and basketball. While I was at UTC, I was the softball manager for four years and loved it even though I was not playing the sport anymore.

 

As the S-Z counselor, I am the point person for any concerns you may have academically, emotionally, and with your college and career exploration. Meeting with students is the highlight of my day so feel free to stop by and see me!
