Allison A. Cole » Welcome Warriors!

Welcome Warriors!

I am originally from Ohio, but I have returned to my roots in the hills of Tennessee. My husband recently retired, and we have decided to make Murfreesboro our permanent home. It truly feels like coming back to where we belong!

In terms of my teaching journey, I have been in education for 27 years, including three years as a substitute teacher in Rutherford County Schools. This marks my third year at Riverdale, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this wonderful school community.

On a more personal note, I am a proud mother of two sons, Norman Jr. and Guerson Jean-Paul.

Guerson Jean-Paul's name is very special to me as it honors a Haitian boy I met on a missionary trip and later sponsored.

Being a mother, a teacher, and a perpetual student brings me immense joy and fulfillment every day.  Currently, I am working as a co-teacher for World History and Geometry alongside Mr. Ault, Mr. Layne, and Mr. Elijah.

Thank you for all that you do to support our students and our team here at Riverdale.

IF YOU ARE ABSENT:   As we navigate through the school year, I wanted to remind you of the importance of staying on track with your classwork, especially if you are ever absent.

In the event of an absence, please remember to check Schoology for any assignments and notes. To ensure you have all the necessary materials, I will be posting assignments and notes for the entire week in advance.

You can access Schoology through the Riverdale High School website by clicking on Clever. If you are accessing Clever from home for the first time, remember to use your entire email address [email protected] along with your school computer login password.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.

GRADESAs we progress through the school year, it's essential to stay updated on your academic progress. Please remember to regularly check your grades on SKYWARD using your username and password. If you require any assistance with your login information, feel free to visit or call our attendance office at 615-890-6450.
