The Assignment for this Week April 20th -24th Exclusive Workout with Billy Blanks, "This is Total Body Fitness", you will enjoy this up tempo, high energy and super intense training. Have Fun, Stay Positive, Stay Focused and Stay Blessed.

Notes:

 

Students will be doing various fitness challenge through the end of the quarter ,Each week they will be E-Mail a Fitness Work-out ,Students will use Equipment they have at home: Example Total Body Work Out using their body doing various of Body Weight Work-out. Students will submit work by E-Mail and Video to show their work. April 13-17 :Students and Parents Challenge Work Out ,Title of Work-Out ,The Big 50 for Parents and The Big 100 for Students ,The 5 Exercises must be completed in 10 to 20 minute ,the exercises are push-up ,sit-up, body squat, and walk -out push-up, Students do total of 20 Reps of each exercises and parents do total of 10 rep of each exercises ,each day one round ,rest time one minute each round,This will Work Total Fitness and have Parents and Student Engaged.

All of Coach Field's Strength and Condition Classes will have a Daily Workout sent to them weekly, which they can do at Home in their  Backyard or House, along with sending Coach Field their Design Work-out Video and their Hard Copy to Coach Field's E-mail at @field@rcschools.net 
 
This is the Project we started before we had this extended Break.
