2023-2024 School Year Community Service Reporting use this NEW LINK

New for 2023-2024 All confirmation forms must be completed in INK. No pencil.

All RHC members must complete 20 hours of community service each school year.  If you are completing community service for other clubs, teams, or organizations, you may also apply those hours to your RHC requirement. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REPORTING FORM (see links above) FOR EVERY COMMUNITY SERVICE ACTIVITY.  Activity sponsors will only confirm hours, not report them for you.

THE STUDENT must report community service hours using their RCS email address.  Hours reported under the username of another student, parent, teacher, or other RCS employee will be deleted.  The reporting of community service hours is the responsibility of the STUDENT

You must include verification for the activity completed. This verification form must be signed by the activity sponsor that supervised the event and it must be completed in INK. If you are unable to upload the confirmation, please bring it to Mrs. Boyd in E-6.  If you need a confirmation form, you can download and print one HERE.

You can earn community service hours in the summer for the next school year; however, community service must be completed by April 30 each year. If you fail to complete your community service hours, you will be placed on probation. You will have until the end of the 1st quarter of the next school year to complete your make-up hours. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the Honors College. Seniors, failure to complete your hours before graduation will result in you not receiving a graduation cord.
